Re-Cycle Boy V0.3.8 Update

Version 0.3.8:

- Leaderboard can be seen now in the main menu and side info will not display until player crosses the finish line.

- Leaderboard cash position adjusts to how many initials are entered now so everything stays aligned under each   

- Houses are randomly chosen and randomly flipped on the X scale now to make the game feel different each play through.

-  Bin positions are random for each house now.
